记录外贸聊天通用模板

做了虾皮的运营助理,有时候会兼职客服,介于本人英语水平有点烂,记录下。
这些都是进过验证的话语,可能还会有点小问题,但还是比机翻好一点点。
比如货物翻译成goods,这个。我觉得还是用product好一点

没货:
My apologies,Our shop does‘t currently have this product.

哦,我们仔细检查库存后,该产品可用:
oh, after we careful check the stock , this product is available.

发货慢:
Please Don’t worry . We will ship it as soon as possible .please wait patiently.

再次确认,避免将错误的货物发给你:
I want to carefully confirm this things are correct avoid trouble sending the wrong product to you.

询问商品是否收到,拍摄有缺陷的产品图片给我们:
Have you got the product? Could you please with us some pictures of the defective product?

催促买家付款:
1. Hello, I noticed that you haven’t paid yet. Do you have any question to ask me ?
2. If you can pay toady,the product wil be able to ship immediately,and you can also get a discount.
3.Hello , do you have any question about the product ?

没货回复参考:
I would respond with something like “Oh I’m sorry, we don’t sell that product here.”

I would add suggestions of a similar product we do sell (such as “Oh, we, unfortunately, don’t sell that particular brand of coffee maker, but we do have this brand which is similar if you wish to consider it”)

Or if we don’t have anything remotely similar, I’d suggest other retailers (as much as I’d hate to send them elsewhere) that might have what they seek.
